SUPERIOR Real Estate Inspection Services “SREIS” is a building inspection firm specializing in residential and commercial property inspections. SREIS is locally owned and was established in 2003. Derrick Walls is the Professional Inspector (license #8276) on staff as well as the owner. This allows the owner/inspector to develop a personal relationship with each of our home inspection and building inspection clients. If ever there are client concerns, then you speak directly with the person that can make things right. For added peace of mind, we are fully insured.
Derrick Walls has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology with minor studies in Construction Technology. He has 10 years of experience in home repairs and renovations. So making the transition to home inspections and building inspections came easily. He is a member of TAREI (Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors).

Our Mansfield location gives us easy access to most of the central Dallas and Fort Worth communities. This convenient location allows us to provide quick response time to meet your every home inspection and building inspection need. We are conveniently located just 17 miles southeast of downtown Fort Worth and 25 miles southwest of Downtown Dallas.
